Kia really took care of my wife’s car. We have 2 Kia’s and any time we need service, they have taken care of us. Carly was who helped us this last time and she was amazing. Very nice and she was a huge help.

Drove into cookeville from ohio. Had a rear passenger alarm on dash with no passengers. Spoke with David when I got in town and was able to get my vehicle in next day. Dropped car off first thing in the morning. Service personnel were all kind. Unfortunately I will not be in town long enough to have the issue fixed. Some rear seat module. So I will go to my local dealership in ohio and have module replaced. All in all it was a pleasant and easy experience. Cumberland kia. I’ve so far have good results with the service department as we are dealing with a transmission issue/computer issue with a 2016 Sorento V6. The transmission was covered under warranty and has been replaced. Lucas was great to work with.
